Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be on the front lines proving the business model everyday by qualifying the future value of inbound free trials, scheduling and conducting product demonstrations and engaging with other qualified prospects by phone, email and online chat. You will work with our Account Executives to coordinate business development activities that result in successful deals and satisfied clients.

Some of your individual contributions will include:

  • Qualify inbound leads through review, research and outreach
  • Handle direct inbound sales calls, emails and online chats
  • Turn direct calls, chats and tickets into qualified leads for account executives and assisting with the hand off
  • Support demand generation through outbound prospecting
  • Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales
  • Seize the opportunity to ascend your career path as we quickly grow our sales team

We place a high preference on Sales Development Representatives who have:

  • A consultative sales approach, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS environment
  • Expert multi-tasker with an ability to efficiently react to a significant number of emails, chats and phone calls per day
  • You are able to bring feedback from your conversations back to our product and marketing teams to improve our efforts to engage and attract customers
  • You are self-motivated and results oriented
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to relate and work well with others
  • Highly coachable and eager to learn and grow a SaaS sales career
